PANAMA & COSTA RICA TRIP

PANAMA & COSTA RICA TRIP

I just wanted to drop you a line and let you know that I had a fabulous trip. Your choice in hotels in Arenal and Monteverde were perfect!

We had clear skies and lava flows both nights we were in Arenal. The Sarapiqui River was great - we were a bit lucky that it had been raining for 2 weeks straight before we arrived so the river could get higher and faster. It was a Class III +.

The ride to Monteverde was a bit bumpy - but well worth the ride. We had perfect weather to do the Sky Trek and the Sky Walk. We were able to get some great pictures while we were zipping away on the cable lines.

The Paradisus Playa Conchal is awesome. They have so many things to offer and the service is great. The rooms are VERY nice - we took some pictures of it for our future "vacation home".

Anyway, I wanted to say thank you. You did a fabulous job - the directions were great, the tour operator there was great too, and the car rental company was very nice to deal with - no pressure at all.

We had an experience of a lifetime - It is probably the best trip we have taken so far. It will not be the last time we go there.

Thanks again - and rest assured I will be calling you again the next time I go or send any of my clients to Costa Rica.

GUATEMALA & BELIZE TRIP

I just wanted to thank you for planning such a wonderful travel package for me. It really exceeded my expectations! Beautiful scenery and such spiritual places. I also added a hike to Pocaya Volcano and did two scuba dives on Ambergris Caye. The places were cultural pertinent and scenic and I could tell the details that you put in place. COSTA RICA TRIP

The trip was truly amazing! We loved every stop and cannot wait to go back to Costa Rica sometime soon!
Here is detailed feedback on every stop:

San Jose: The Alta Hotel was beautiful with amazing views of the valley. We did not arrive until after midnight and had to leave at 8am - so it was a quick stop.

Drake Bay: La Paloma was such a treat and a highlight of our trip! We had a terrific room with hammock and beautiful view of the bay. We had rain quite a bit here.but it was not a problem. We went, on the first full day, scuba diving which was pretty good. The water was murky so the visibility was pretty poor. We did see sharks and an eel, and I was happy! The downfall of this (and a suggestion to other guests) would be that it rained during lunch and afterwards. Because they did not offer anything other than a wrap as a towel, we were pretty wet all day. It would have been nice if they offered some sort of plastic to sit on the beach and read so that we did not have to get our already wet wrap sandy. Our trip the next day to the Corcovado National Park was truly amazing! The weather was beautiful and we saw all kinds of species!

El Parador: This hotel was very nice...

Villa Caletas: I think this may be one of my favorite hotels ever! It was so charming in every way! We were very happy spending our last days here. We spent quite a bit of time at the beach and absolutely loved it! We had lunch brought down and all the cocktails we could manage. It was perfect! The villa room was also ideal.

Many thanks for all of the help! We have forwarded our itinerary to 10 people so far and have insisted that they work with you for arranging the details. Having a car transfer us everywhere was such a smart decision.

COSTA RICA TRIP

Hi Michael,

Sorry it took so long, but Rich and I wanted to say thank you for everything. We had a great time in Costa Rica and we owe it to you. You did an amazing job. The drivers were wonderful and the hotels/hotel rooms were fabulous. I'm not sure if you knew, but we actually left our camera in one of the tourismo vans and the driver brought it back to us the next morning. You have a great staff.

We were also pleased with the canopy tour (which was way better than the one we did in Maui), and the river rafting was awesome. We have been raving about you and referring you to all of our friends.
